Notes on Instructorship:

·         Working in tandem with another instructor requires mutual regard for each’s agenda...

Differences or disagreements in agendas while training are a workplace dynamic that have not been confronted in our office prior to this.

While this may seem obvious – in the clutter of classrooms & dynamic, and ever changing positive collaborative environments… it can be easy for facilitators of learning to become myopic of their own agenda(s) and relax concentration on the learning objectives of the other instructor.

I was lucky enough to have a student (who was very senior and highly regarded) inquire if a direction the class (most class members anyway,) was going would impact the learning objectives of another student….
