Transcribed from hand-written notes-
19 March:
I just found out that part II for
cycle III won’t go as planned. “They”
want things to go another way.
Future Reflection:
What to do when your plan can’t go
accordingly? Or, when outside forces change ‘your’ plan?
How to react?
How to adapt? Etc.
30 March
-Way to get ‘buy-in’ to present “the
Problem” (cycle II; skills test of system knowledge, creativity,
problem-solving, collaboration use, etc. to solve a semi-understood system
dilemma).
Hopes:
-Get students to work together &
with all involved software components to craft a solution-
(Ultimate goal: have students
collaboratively identify a system/process to use as a framework to solve
similar problems in the future).
What I need:
-
Buy-in from other instructors
-
Potential solutions to help lead
students to a resolution – avenues to go, experiments to explore with, thoughts
to ponder, etc
To facilitate further learning and development (as well as
understanding,) of how they will or may need to use the software system.
Constraints: time, (overall) system
understanding…, leads to software limitations
